Vintage Charlotte 49ers – 1972-73 Campus Tour & Highlight Reel
This film is the oldest color film in the archives at the moment. Video includes a tour of the Charlotte Campus, Interview with Bill Foster (Head Coach 70-75), DW Colvard (Chancellor 1966-1978). Highlights of the 1972-1973 basketball season. Please note that this is a rough telecine test in order to test the integrity of the 16mm film. This does not reflect what the final transfer looked like- this is uploaded here for pure entertainment/education purposes.
Andrew Trost’s Undergraduate Film Reel
Here is an undergraduate film reel comprised of 6 of the short films I worked on while pursuing my bachelor’s degree in film-production. Films include: CHOMP (2008) – My senior year “overview” project. An 8-minute short shot on Arri SR-2 Super 16mm. Ghosts (2008) – An exercise in cinematography shot on Arri SR-2. 16mm b/w Hobo (2008) – Also part of the cinematography exercise. Shot on Arri SR-2. 16mm. Change for a Fifty (2007) – Junior year “Film 2″ Project. One day canceled due to extreme weather. Shot entirely in one day/night over 18 hours. The temperature dropped to 6 degrees. Shot on the Arri SR-2. 16mm Left (2006) – My first short shot on 16mm Film using the Arri-S, a camera from the WWII era. Fresh Squeezed Packets (2006) – A video I shot while studying abroad in Leiden, Holland. 3 stories all connecting in the end. Shot on Sony Handi-cam.
