I just visited the Kodak website and is full of numbers but they dont specify if that stock is for 16mm or other kind of film camera. Can you help please?

I’m an amateur filmmaker looking to shoot some short films in black and white using 16mm film like Andy Warhol used for his films. I’ve been to a few camera shops around my area, but they sell really expensive professional cameras. I need a camera that records a soundtrack along with the video. It doesn’t have to be 16mm, just something that has a vintage look. So what’s the best camera I can buy for the least amount of money ?

I have a Nikon to Olympus 4/3 adapter and I’ve found a (probably cheapo) 16mm fisheye on e-bay. If I put this lens on my E-500 is it really a fisheye or is it more like in the 32mm range for a 35mm SLR?
